PowerGrid Corporation(PGCIL) which hit the equity markets recently
with its IPO is trading at around Rs100,a premium of 93.46% to its
issue price of Rs 52.It opened the day at Rs 85 and then touched the intra day
high of Rs 109,before closing at Rs 100.On the other hand most of the Power sector companies ended in red.NTPC,Tata Power,Reliance Energy are amongthe key losers.
