I have no promotion till retirement year 2022 nor macp in my central govt.departement . pls. pls. pls. I got my 1st ACP on 2001 as 5500-9000 but 5000 and 5500 scales are merged from 1.1.2006 and grade pay received is Rs.4200 only till today. my view is as per dopt and finance order my 1st MACP should be 4600 from 1.9.2008 (since implementation date of MACP) and 2nd MACP should be 4800 from sep 2009.
