We have seen a huge sell off in the Indian share markets in the last few days after the union budget was announced on July 6th 2009.

Infosys has been in a silence period just before its Q1 2010 results which are to be announced. The results is for the period from April to June 2010. In the last quarter(Q4 2009) it made a profit of Rs 1613 crores with a revenue of Rs 5635 crores. So the Q1 2010 profits levels are expected some where in this range. The dollar rate is going to play a crucial role.
